Gratitude is a vitalizing state of mind !It is literally like getting extra oxygen.
By thinking thoughts such as `I am so lucky” ,”This is great” , `You are so kind’ are positively healing statements.
When gratitude becomes a habit, we become acutely aware of these gifts.We start Feeling grateful for one of them and all of a sudden others show up.

A gratitude list
Make a list of 10 things for which you are grateful from the start of each day to its finish.There are no limits on what counts – you can be grateful for a talent you have, you can be grateful for the weather , for your children, for the lovely meal you had last night and endless other possibilities. When you make an AM list you enter into a day already ripe with good things. A PM list chalks this up as a good day after all.
The positive twist
When something doesn’t come to you the way you ‘d hoped, it is easy to get disappointed. If you can, find something for which to be grateful in the circumstances as delivered.
Get into the gratitude list habit or get back into it as the case may be.
